Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgical Step Down -$10,000 Sign-On - Midnights

Christiana Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Surgical Step-Down Unit, 4D  This is a 35 bed general surgery step-down inpatient unit, caring for adolescent, adult an geriatric patients. Are you ready for a higher level of care?

Requirements:

• BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
• One year of nursing experience required. Two years' of nursing experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.
• Licensed or license eligibility in the state of Delaware.
• BLS Certification required.

Hours:  The hours for this position are straight overnight shifts of 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. This requires up to 2 weekends per month or follows internal weekend requirement practice.  Holidays required per organization policy.

The selected candidate for this position may be eligible for a Sign-On Bonus of $10,000.
